RCC Structure, external & internal walls of solid concrete blocks. External wall with cement plaster & internal walls with Birla wall care putty finish.
FLOORING:
Vitrified tiles in living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen and non-skid tiles for the utility and Balcony.

The main entrance lobby will be finished with granite/kota. Staircase steps will be finished with granite/kota stone.
